When they were pulling off all of the old stuff they discovered a few issues. I was sent pictures of it along with messages on what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. My original roof was not up to code with the plywood not covering the framework. See pic. They brought it all up to code. It is now better than the old one by a hundred fold.
