I switched OBGYNs because the office/receptionists/scheduling is IMPOSSIBLE. To even call and make an appointment, I would be on hold for at least half an hour. The messaging systems didn't work, I would never get a call back. Receptionists on the phone were rude and hard to deal with. Overall great provider, terrible office, not worth it to deal with.
Billing will stick it to you. We found out my insurance only pays for services twice a year for certain checkup type services and since our appointment was 1 day too early for a full year the insurance would not pay for the service (lame) and Ogden Clinic billing could care less. It was a small charge and they said I could have a once per lifetime forgiveness on it. Cmon now! We will work with you on a single occasion in your lifetime? That rubs me the wrong way.
LOVE Ogden clinic. 2/4 of my pregnancies have been with them and I have absolutely loved my experience with them the most. Staff is cheerful and helpful, doctors and nurses are well-trained and trustworthy. They have a knack for hiring excellent providers. I would definitely recommend them over any other OB group.
