1. Scheduled barber (I'm forced to pay and tip in advance to make the appt) texted me that he isn't feeling good and has to cancel appt. He asked if I wanted a refund?
2. Made an appt with a different barber. Paid in advance including tip. Arrived 15 min prior, but had to wait 45 min. while my scheduled barber took 2 walk-ins. Seriously poor business model. I'll never come back. And I'm sharing this experience with everyone I know.
3. Dan is an artist behind the chair! Ivan & Dan are the two I can evaluate, and they both did an outstanding job the 2 times I got my haircut here.

First time here today. Mr. Matt did not disappoint. With minimal instruction, he did a fine job on my hair and beard. The conversation was great as well. I choose and frequent barbershops based on the overall experience, not just the haircut I receive. I will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work.
