They've been great when it comes to caring for me because they take my insurance, however, my mom was in a bad head on car crash last month and I will die on the hill saying American Healthcare sucks because I took her here since she was injured pretty badly and not only did they not clean out her wounds properly which may prove to cause further issues down the line, but they also didn't take proper x-rays the first time so we didn't find out until she went to see a surgeon specialist that she has broken ribs, a fractured hip, herniated disc in her back, and her current PCP believes she may have had a micro fracture in her knee. Went into the instacare today after being sick for over a week. Have had such intense sinus pressure that I haven’t been sleeping well, therefore every day has been a battle to get through. Was assuming I’d go in and hear the normal “give it some more time and it’ll go away on its own” speech. But Dr Dias came in and wrote down a weeks worth of care to do including prescriptions to help me get better! My little girl was also seen as she’s been sick as well, she didn’t need prescriptions but Dr Dias still gave me a couple things to do to help my little one feel better too. One of the best instacare doctors I’ve ever had! Thank you so much!
Insta Care was so fast yet thorough! The staff was so very friendly yet professional. I got the care I needed plus an ultrasound of my leg, got full results and was out really fast. Great visit!!!
