Giaw (yau) was so amazing and quick! She did a great pedicure and massage and took her time getting my nails looking awesome! She even gave me a candy. Best service and so sweet! Thanks Giaw!
I have been going to Nail Crush since it opened probably 10 years ago.
The salon was always clean and welcoming and the staff friendly. I went to 3 different nail techs over the years, I had other techs do pedicures in a pinch.
In the last year or so the salon changed ownership and particularly the cleanliness and efficiency went down. My last nail tech (whose is no longer there) continued to do amazing work.
I felt like the overall vibe and atmosphere changed when the new owner took over.
I am no longer of customer of the salon.
My daughter got a pedicure and gel nails for a wedding that she was a bridesmaid in. She’s only 19, so was too intimidated to tell the nail tech that she didn’t like the way the nails looked. (I felt like they just needed another coat of gel.) I called and asked to speak to the owner. She was eager to make it right, so we went back and her nails ended up looking really nice! I REALLY appreciate the excellent customer service we received here!
