5 stars down to 0 all due to the expansion and very nasty billing practices they now employ Updates review: so disappointed that with the expansion their billing practices and customer service has gone to hell. We were faithful loyal customers for 8 years. Now we will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Sorry Dr Kyle we loved you but they new practice you joined with has ruined the care and service we leaned to love and appreciate from you all. Maybe you guys can change some things but sadly we won’t ever come back.
