**Exceptional Service at Jojo’s Pet Palace!**
I can't say enough wonderful things about Jojo’s Pet Palace! From the moment we walked in, my husky and I were treated with such warmth and care. The staff made us feel right at home and clearly love what they do. They were gentle, professional, and genuinely attentive to my pup’s needs.

Based on past experience, I would likely recommend this place for smaller dogs, but I'm not sure about large dogs.
I initially received a quote for a bath, paw tidy-up, and de-shedding, but when my husband arrived, they informed him of an additional $55 charge. After calling and having them review the text messages, they acknowledged it was a mistake, and I had to ask if they'd honor the original price, which they did. So that wasn't a big deal.

Jody did an excellent job with our very difficult furbaby. He looked good and was always happy to see her. Trapper just crossed the rainbow bridge. I would highly recommend JoJo's PetPalace for grooming. The staff is very caring. Donnagay Applonie
