Almost three years ago we hired Jim Puffer landscaping to redesign and install our landscaping. Cruz and his team did the work. Since then, Cruz and team have maintained our yard, planted flowers, fertilized, mowed the lawn and fixed any issues they come across. They are excellent. They are hard workers, timely, polite to work with and trustworthy. Recently, we had a little concern with an area in our yard. Cruz and his team came within an hour of our call and took care of everything perfectly. Problem solved the same day. Amazingly good service. Ten stars to Puffer Landscaping. We’ll never use anyone else.
I originally gave them a one star review because of a communication issue but I am changing it to five stars after they went out of their way to rectify it. Also, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work andI was amazed at how hard every person on the crew worked. I would highly recommend them.
