From the minute I met Mike and toured the ADU, accessory dwelling unit, and saw the quality of how it was made and affordability, I was hooked. Took a whole year of thinking, plan ing, talking about it, ,mike or Stan was always available to talk...did it, bought an ADU. Mike & Stan are super friendly and helpful liasons with the factory, Cavco Durango, they helped smooth out the bumps and unexpected things that happen with builds and connected me directly with the Factory representative to clear up any issues. Mike's daughter & son work there too, it's like visiting with family ..amazing people. They helped a dream come true!

Mike and his team are all awesome. They got my new home set up and as in new construction can be, made sure everything was just the way it needed to be. Knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful you cannot do better elsewhere. Made some new friends over there. They're the best. Mike, Stan and Shane...THANK YOU !!!

We recently finished our home build project with Redrock Homes and couldn't be more pleased. From the very beginning, we felt like Mike and Shane Reed were as invested in our success as we were. In the end, there were several key areas where their expertise and work ethic were essential to our overall success. Before our home was delivered, we had experienced a long period of wet snow and rain, which totally saturated the ground, making the weight of our home a REAL problem when attempting to get it from the street, up the driveway, and onto the foundation.
