I was in town for Best Friends managers week and I was so fortunate to be able to go to this center. Great location, friendly staff, good equipment, clean and nice environment to stay healthy in. THANK YOU!

So amazing to find such a nice gym in what felt like the middle of nowhere sometimes! Squat racks, benches, belts, lots of free weights, cardio equipment... I didnt evwn make it upstairs! At $8 a day (or $18 for the week) it ended up working out perfectly.

I am volunteering at best friends and had to find a gym since my hotel did not have one. The gym is a smaller one well maintained but have everything you need to get your work out in. They also offer a discount for best friend volunteers. Even better they open early 5 am on most days.
