The care and time that was placed towards our dog, Lily, was our hope when we chose Zion Vet. A couple of their receptionists might work on their empathy but the place is clean, tidy and the doctors are what you want when your dog is going under anesthesia. Lily was completely back to herself in 2 days after her spay. We’re glad we chose them.

They are knowledgeable. They are good priced. They used to be better in my opinion But they are still great. They used to have time to talk to pet owners they don't seem to have as much time for that. Sometimes things get lost in translation when communicating to the veterinarian through the vet tech. They used to have the pet in the same room with you when they examine them instead sometimes they take them outside of the room. Not a big deal but I preferred it the other way.

I brought in my ball python, Pumpkin, for a yearly checkup and the staff was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I loved how all the techs wanted to interact with Pumpkin and Dr. Goolsby was so thorough. Thank you all for a great experience!
