Best place to learn karate, a workout, confidence and it really is like a family. A great environment. Master Dow is really amazing instructor. I love how Master Dow gets to know his students like family.

Welcome to all ages. Master Dow gets to know all of his students. He pushes them, but encourages them all the time. It's been a great experience learning from him. You leave class feeling worked out and stronger.

The work out was great! I left the Do Chang sweating and feeling great! I love that Master Dow gets to know each student so he knows when to encourage you and when to push you to achieve more. You can pay by the month or by the class. He is working different options to for students during the pandemic. Although Master Dow is my Father-in-law now, I was first a student before I became family.
