The Safelite process is very easy to navigate. They regularly remind you, update you and keep you informed through completion and certificate issuance. I went to the 3300 South Highland Drive location. I highly recommend using them for glass replacements.

After my accident they got me on immediately to put a crash wrap(particles with adhesive on it) on my side window and then vacuumed all the glass out of my car within 1 hour of my accident! They were very calm and professional which made me feel less traumatized. They fixed it so I could still drive while they got the correct piece for my driver's side window- Thank you for making our family feel safe in our car again!

Eddie was the mechanic who worked on my car. He, along with all the staff, was the excellent! He did a great job of fixing my windshield in a timely manner while ensuring safety. I appreciated the customer service and punctuality of all the staff, it was a very easy and quick process.
