Karen is an amazing massage therapist! She has done wonders for my lower back pain to where it’s non existent. She has also has helped tremendously with neck pain from sitting at my desk all day. She is super flexible and accommodating to work you into her busy schedule. I can’t recommend her enough. THE best LMT in Utah by far.

I had a session with Karen today which was absolutely wonderful. She has a relaxing atmosphere and her massage provided relief from muscular tension and the headache I was having. Highly recommend!

Hello! My name is Karen Spicer. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Intuitive Energy Healer and Spiritual Life Coach. I am extremely successful in relieving any blockages that are holding you in pain. My extensive background includes countless hundreds of hours working with the human body and offering a natural alternative for healing and pain relief treatments.
