We had an excellent experience with Highland Heating and Air! They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They even offered solutions for potential mold, HVAC sanitizing, and safety concerns with our gas line. Their team is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the job right. I recently hired Highland Heating and Air to install a heat pump for our new triple wide and I am so glad I did! I had the hardest time finding someone to come out because it was so close to the holidays. I even dealt with a lot of no shows. Then one day, I saw a truck pulling a trailer with a cute cow on it and it caught my eye. It was a clear sign because I needed an HVAC guy! Joseph is absolutely amazing. Immediately after the first contact, he came to inspect our home to properly quote us for what we needed. I can’t say enough about Highland Heating! Joseph again did a fantastic job of servicing my furnace and air conditioner. Ready for winter. I’m so thankful for him and how nice and professional he is. He explains everything he’s doing. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed
