Real workouts for real people. I knew that I needed to do some strength training. I looked into the places with all the machines or the places with the amenities--they look nice on the surface, but I knew that the biggest issues is what to do with all those machines. At Alloy, you get a full body workout under the guidance of an experienced trainer for in small groups--without all the hype. I'm seeing incremental improvements in my strength, mobility, and endurance. There is a nice, friendly atmosphere. If you just want to get into shape without all the hype, noise, or membership commitments--Alloy is your place.

I signed up at Alloy nearly two years ago. Thinking it would just be a way to get myself going and to learn the workouts. I was active but needed to learn good form and habits, especially considering multiple injuries and limitations. I have worked out with ALL of the trainers Lisa, Stephan, Eli, Cody, Beatrix. They are all amazing people, knowledgeable and just fun to be around. It is no exaggeration for me to say these people changed my life (and likely added years to it as well).
