Decided to try a new nail salon. Made an appointment here for my daughter, her friend, and myself. All for full sets with gel and designs. They were a little busy which made our appointment pushed back about 15 minutes but that’s understandable. They still took their time to do great job. We all finished almost at the same time, which was nice. Highly recommend.
Normally this place is really good when I come, people are so kind, and it’s relaxing. But this last time I came just frustrated me so much, when I pay $50 for a pedicure I expect there to be a real massage and not just a quick touch on my legs because it’s a busy afternoon. It really felt like the whole thing was rushed and I was rushed out. I think I was barely in the chair for 20 min. Also there was a younger girl in a pink sweat shirt that was so loud and not being appropriate at all
Q Nails is honestly one of the best nail places in the region. I’ve been coming here regularly and I really do love it overall the atmosphere, the service, and especially Q, who is always so sweet, welcoming, and a great host. Most of the staff is amazing and I always leave happy with my nails.
That said, I do want to share an honest personal experience. I would recommend being cautious when booking with Lynn. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with her. The first time, my mom ended up deciding not to get her nails done because she felt Lynn was quite rude to her.
