“I love coming to sports clips because I get the most consistent hair cut no matter who is cutting my hair. The 1 star is for ALL the franchise owners who advertise that you get all the same services in the MVP that you have to pay extra for in the "Ultimate". See photo. You don't get these services in the MVP. Some services advertised in the MVP are only offered in the Ultimate. I bring it up to them every time, and every time I'm told they will update their signs. Nope. I end up paying for the Ultimate anyway and have spent several hundred dollars on the difference in cost because i do want the service. But it still bothers me.Update: I had the worse haircut of my life by some bad lady who said she was the manager of the Taylorsville location and was covering the Herriman location so the actual manager could go on vacation. It was embarrassingly bad. Horrible haircut and very unprofessional. The area manager Tom was in the store and helped me out. What a guy! Elana the manager also took care of me and made it right and gave me her word she would never go on vacation again. Alyssa fixed my haircut and gave me a great haircut as always! 5 stars ladies.... and Tom...“
