I was her last appointment of the day on a Saturday and I came in looking ROUGH…. 😅 she did not bat an eye, didn’t make me feel rushed, she let me describe how I wanted my hair which is not an easy thing for me because I only get my hair cut once I look like I’ve lived in the woods for about a year. She was kind, understanding, and quick but it didn’t feel rushed. The salon was nice and clean! I highly recommend Kyla to anyone who needs an incredible barber!“
