“Canessa Did an amazing job on mine and my daughter's lobe piercings! She was so kind, patient, and fun to talk to. It was a positive experience and I highly recommend her! We weren't sure if we wanted stacks or 3rds and she took the time to mark our ears and let us make an informed decision. She was honest (but kind) about our past (crooked, not done by them) piercings and what piercings would look best based on that. She was professional, clean, and made us feel comfortable. The piercings were not painful. I'm on day 2 and I can't even feel that anything happened. I've had my ears pierced at other places and I swear they were uncomfortable for days!
I noticed a few reviews mentioning not being greeted right away, and I admit that I had a similar experience when I walked in earlier in the week, hoping for a walk-in appointment. We waited on the couch for a few minutes before being acknowledged, and I was a little disappointed at first. BUT after sitting in Canessa’s chair, I completely understood why. She gives her full attention to the client in front of her. Be patient! They know you’re there, and you’ll get the same care and focus soon enough. In the meantime, relax on the couch or admire their jewelry and decor. It’s worth the wait!“
