This is a very spacious gym incorporating 2 floors. There are lots of machines and free weights, too. They have certain times that are busier than others. We found 5:15 AM to be pretty busy. They have a smoothie and drink bar, too. I go earlier than they open so I can't weigh in on the drinks and smoothies.

Tawna is awesome! We were just visiting and stopped in to get a day pass, everyone was helpful, the gym is clean and they include towels and all! Plus they have protein shakes on site. This is a one stop shop for a good gym sess!
