I can't speak for all of the services the offer, as I go in every 7-8 weeks for a color, maybe highlights, maybe trim. I work with Tavia, she is amazing. Since I have chemical sensitivities, she is respectful of thsi and has even come up with a color product ( I think she said it was made from keratin) that has No smell! It has been a life saver. She also is very talented, listens to my concerns or wishes.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

If you're thinking about going here and getting a haircut, DO IT! Identity is not only a beautiful old building with a beautiful inside, the hairstylists especially know what they are doing. I personally went to Lindsey, and she did exactly what I wanted. She followed the reference photos I asked for, and was a great person to chat with while she did it! A great place to go to, not only to make yourself look more beautiful, but to make new friends and meet new people.Service: Haircut

I really love Lindsey Palmer! She’s one of the best hairdressers ever and does amazing every time I go get my hair done from her! She can seriously do anything that you would want! Highly recommend going to her or the other hairdressers that work there!Services: Haircut
