He did great work, was honest, courteous, and pleasant. Ace Handyman Services charge for blocks of time at about $160 per hour. This has both advantages and disadvantages. I hired the service to repair water damaged ceilings. Conner picked up mud that was supposed to dry in 20 minutes, but it was still wet at the end of my 6 hour block. I'd prefer to be charged per completion of a job. I will need to sand and smooth the ceiling work myself in preparation for painting. Conner did complete a couple other small wishlist things for me as we were waiting for the ceiling mud to dry. Perry was a dream to work with. Quick to respond, quick to figure out the problem, and quick to get it fixed. He stayed in communication every step of the way and went above and beyond to solve our problem. Brian did a great job - punctual, friendly and completed job in timely manner while also answering a couple quick questions on household items. They are great to work with and very professional. Job well done. They met our expectations and then a little bit more.
