Classes are fun! You’re not alone through the life change. My nutritionist Lisa is amazing! So encouraging and holds me accountable. Yes I drag my bag “a” out of bed to attend a 5:15 am class that jump starts my day. I don’t want to let her down or myself.

I've had such a great experience with my time here at Core. I love the structure of the classes, just get in-do the planned workout-sweat-have fun doing it-boom Done!! The atmosphere at Core is welcoming and upbeat. All the trainers are fantastic to work with and are genuinely invested in helping you succeed, no matter what fitness level you're at. Losing weight and gaining muscle is what I'm striving for in the long run, but Core has more to offer than just that! Just to name a couple, how to properly set goals and be successful with turning them into habits. And the other, stress management and mood regulation can be improved with different forms of meditation.
I have been with them for a little over 2 months now. I have loved all the resources and support I've gotten. Anytime I've had a question or needed extra guidance my awesome personal trainer, Natalie, has gone above and beyond to give me the support I need. Ryan seems positive and encouraging with tons of knowledge in all aspects of health and coaching. They know how to help me get results and I couldnt be happier with the progress I've made with my nutrition, fitness, sleep, and weight. I feel better than ever. Thank you Core Fitness!
