We worked closely with Shannon after our family member unexpectedly passed away. Family members were making the planning process difficult and he handled the situation with such care and professionalism. He somehow got everyone to behave appropriately—which is difficult with this group! He went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt included and honored and I couldn’t believe how well everything went. Would recommend 10/10 due to their work, but more importantly how delicately they handled a difficult situation. Thank you!!
