Reconnect Massage Therapy

I’ve been to Reconnect Massage Therapy a couple times now, and each experience has been genuinely wonderful. I can only speak to the 90-minute Swedish massage, but I’m officially hooked.

Kinsley truly knows her craft. Her communication is clear and thoughtful, and her technique feels both skilled and intuitive. Every session has felt like a real nervous system reset. I leave deeply relaxed, grounded, and so much more at ease in my body.

The space itself is clean, welcoming, and calming, which makes it easy to settle in from the moment you enter the room. You can feel the care that goes into both the environment and the work.
