2/2/2025: Coaches are still the best. Would be nice if owners would fix the speakers and get new weighted bags as they are lopsided.
I love circuit training which is F45. The coaches are awesome and always pushing you. The members are great to and anlyways encouraging and supportive.

Incredible gym. Awesome coaching & great community. I dropped in twice while on work travel and Chloe was very welcoming & pushed me during the workout.
If you are looking for a strong community pursuing fitness & health, this is the place.

F45 is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The workouts are challenging and fun. The best part of F45 though is the people. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and create a place members want to be. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.
