They have competitive pricing and a quick turnaround time. Customers are very pleased with the quality of cleaning and alterations, such as hemming pants and last minute clothes alterations. The staff is always friendly and thorough, answering any questions. A wonderful service is pressing US Flags at no cost for veterans. Dirks is a convenient go-to place for regular customers who have been going there for years. Customers are very happy and will definitely return for their dry cleaning needs.

The manager at the Farmington location is great. She is so friendly and professional. She explained your new policy of charging for credit and debit card payments and she helped me understand why it is needed. Great customer service!
This is my new go-to place. They hemmed 2 pairs of my pants fast, cheap, and with very good quality. I was very pleased with how nice the owner and worker was. Will definitely be coming back.
