I highly recommend The Eye Center of Ephraim. It was easy to find. The center was clean, the staff was happy, very competent and each person I met with took the time to explain what was going to happen before it happened. Dr. Cummings is the poster child of how a doctor should treat a patient. He asked questions and then listened! I never felt rushed. I changed from wearing hard contacts to soft contacts. I was patiently trained on how to insert and remove these new soft lens and hours later, just before closing, I received a follow-up call to see how I was doing. My eye was having issues from being scratched, and they got me in the same day I called. They sent the prescription to WalMart, and even after being there an hour, the pharmacy had no one in it (at lunch they said), so when I called the Eye Center to reroute the prescription, they did it immediately. I call that 5 star service!

Dr. Cummings and his staff are amazing! I was in for my follow-up appointment after cataract surgery. They were so thorough, courteous, helpful, and professional! Dr. Cummings and staff took over 90 minutes to ensure that everything was addressed and taken care of. I've been coming here for 8 years; even though it is 90 minute drive from my home, WELL worth it!
