We called Custom Electric to fix a Generac whole house generator for my mother, Dianne Giles. The receptionist that took my call was very helpful and courteous and promptly put us on the schedule. Dakoia came out to do a diagnostic and maintenance on the generator. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all my crazy questions. I now have a much better understanding of the system because of his detailed explanation. He was very good natured about me hanging around and watching. I wanted to learn how to do the maintenance on the generator myself in the future, but as Dakoia pointed out that there's a lot more details that he goes into, rather than just changing...read full review
