Valley Physical Therapy and Massage

The staff is nice, careful, and watchful over my therapy exercises.
I hope to learn more about what I can practice at home, and when I am physically ready, what back exercises I can do to strengthen my lower back muscles.

I have been to Ben for several different things over the years I love that he and his team take care of what ever problem that I have - they are kind and friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommend them

Awesome facility and great care. Ben is the best and has been super helpful with my injuries. Emily was awesome and gave me a bunch of things to work on at home that got me back to 100% in no time. Will definitely be coming back next time I hurt myself, it’ll probably be sooner than later.
