I paid for a tear off and upgraded IKO shingles to be placed 2 1/2 years ago. I have complained many times to Adam and David in Eden that I get strong fumes in my house whenever the temp outside reaches 85 degrees. It is toxic and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do about it. They told me to call IKO about the shingles. I know it is the installation which I have a 5 year warranty on. They will not fix it! So now I must get bids and file a lawsuit. Don't take a chance with them.

I would never use this business again. Leaks in my kitchen, left big area open Raccoons invaded house, heat tape just thrown up on the roof. cutters put on crooked. David says non of this is his fault. I'm talk to a lawyer to see if I can post my telephone number to send you pictures.

Our gratitude to David Brown and his team for the beautiful cedar shake roof which they recently put on our home. The men were on time, worked very hard even in 100-degree heat, and were meticulous about their work product and clean-up. This is a superb company with outstanding, conscientious employees.
