After another HVAC company told us my main control board had failed and quoted me nearly $950 to replace it, we decided to get a second opinion from Ultimate Air. I’m so glad I did.
Ultimate Air was able to come out the same day and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the system instead of jumping straight to replacing parts. They tested everything carefully and discovered that the control board was actually fine. The real problem was a faulty thermostat wire—a much simpler and less expensive repair.

I appriciate an individual who can admit when something is wrong and make a correction. I also appriciate a business who can go above and beyond to make sure their past and future clients are taken care of. Jason came and fixed our AC unit. We had two other guys come out (one who told us we needed a completely new unit). Jason found the problem quickly, was very helpful, personal and knowledgeable. Will only be using him and his team in the future.
