I needed an urgent visit and Dr. Childs & his staff got me in at lunchtime and didn't even charge me. I have had a very good experience with South Valley Optical over the years.
Dr. Childs and the front office staff were great! The exam was prompt and smooth, and Leah, who was working the front, even went over insertion and removal of contacts with me as I’m new to them.
They’re super friendly and knowledgeable so I highly recommend going to them!
I normally do not write reviews but South Valley was amazing. I love that I could book an appt online as a new patient. They got me in quick and were so friendly and never tried to upsell anything. Pricing is clear and posted on their site. Lowest priced contact fitting/eye exam that I could find in Salt Lake. They also gave me SO MANY free samples of contacts to get a true trial of which I liked best. 10/10 recommend
