I recently started my fitness journey after not having been active much since hitting my 30s. When looking for a calisthenics class, Amber's class popped up right away. I know this stuff can see tough and maybe scary but TAKE THE CLASS. This has been one of the most fun and challenging fitness classes I've ever taken. Amber is a great teacher mixing both beginner friendly moves and more advanced moves in the same class and is always ready to help you when you're struggling with a move. I love her focus on form and making sure you're doing it right to not only avoid injury but go make sure you're building that muscle.
