Brett from RimRock contacted my company to do emergency water damage services for one of their customers. I met Cody and Brett onsite to discuss the issue and our plan. As Brett and Cody explained the plan to the home owner they were very sincere and caring. Their customer service and representation of RimRock was a 10! I am always happy to see other businesses have outstanding customer service. RimRock truly cares about their customer and goes the extra mile to help them out.
