We ended up not using Patriot, but our experience with Jeff Gonzell, who did lots of research for us on metal roofing, was fantastic. We had a million questions, and Jeff literally spent weeks answering or researching to find answers for us. He went out of his way many, many times. Patriot was a close second for us (so close I’m hoping I won’t regret not going with them ??). Anyway, I wanted to shout out kudos for Jeff representing Patriot. He is great to work with!!
I got several bids and decided to go with Patriot Roofing because Jeff helped me understand and feel comfortable throughout the process. When it came time for the actual construction part, the crew worked really fast and got my roof done in one day. They were nice guys. However, I think because they completed it in one day, the clean up wasn’t done very well. I am not providing 5 stars because I picked up over 20 nails (still find some here and there), and small pieces of shingles are still littered around my yard. There was a wing bone from someone’s lunch my dog found and tried to eat. (That’s a problem because a cooked bone could have killed her.) The nails... read full review
