I ordered a necklace for a friend who had lost a family member. I needed it fast so that she could have it in time for the funeral. The customer service rep was awesome, she rushed my order and did everything she could to be sure I received it in time. The necklace was beautiful and my friend loved it!

We ordered this for a sweet friend who lost their baby. I contacted MBM and they went above and beyond in pushing our order forward so it would be here in time to give to our dear friend. I was so impressed by the beauty and quality of the jewelry but most of all the kindness and customer service of the Made By Mary representatives. Will highly recommend this company to all.

I know at first you might think the jewelry is expensive and so you might look elsewhere. But I’m here to tell you that you’re not just paying for quality jewelry but also quality customer service. Every time I’ve had to reach out to their customer service department they ALWAYS deliver on quality there too. Most recently Maggie and Mia helped me out and they were so kind and understanding. I give you both 12/10! Thank you ladies!
