The employees in store are so kind. We’ve done pick up orders and have just stopped in to buy on the stop and always had great service. 4 stars because the quality isn’t consistent.
Really disappointed in this shop! I’ve had pieces from Made by Mary from over a decade ago, and they are still so amazing and I love them so much. Fast forward to now- I got gifted some earrings and another charm for my necklace and THEIR PIECES ARE NOT LIKE THEY USED TO BE. My 8+ year old charm looks BETTER than the most recent charm I received. Tarnishing already. My earrings are the same. I got the live in hoops, and within a week they started tarnishing. I reached out and they sent me a replacement, within another week or so THOSE started tarnishing! When I was searching for a specific birth flower I was messaging with the generated computer responses. I was shown a birth flower disc of a daffodil which I requested, was given the order and it even put the item in the cart! When it arrived it was not the daffodil but a different month and flower. I checked the website but could no longer find the daffodil I was shown. I contacted the company and was told that I ordered what I received. I told them this whole ordeal and they asked for photo evidence of my conversation and the daffodil I was shown. I hadn't taken any screenshots so I had no proof.
