I had a great experience working with Jay during my knee recovery. Jay and his team helped me regain strength and strength train correctly. I was able to get back to the athletic activities I enjoy. I highly recommend them to anyone recovering from an injury.
Unfortunately I have spent a lot of time with physical therapist durning my time and need to say that these guys are right at the top. They take time and invest in the process to get you where you want to be. Can’t say enough about these guys, from the front desk to their student assistants. Jacob and his team are very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about you and his job. Can’t forget to mention Ally and Charles, though I think they both liked to torture me a little too much. Kinda want to hurt myself just so I can go back!!
