Riley at Big Bear took very good care of us when we went in to look at carpet and laminate flooring. She showed us lots of samples, made suggestions but never pushed us to make a decision. Found the laminate flooring and carpet we loved and placed our order.
Big Bear workers came out, removed the old laminate and installed our new laminate and carpet in an efficient and timely manner. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. Highly recommend Big Bear and Riley for your flooring needs.
Start to finish this job was well taken care of by big bear flooring. They came highly recommended from a mutual friend who had their flooring done a few years back. I did a lot of the demolition myself, but was very pleased with how clean they were when taking out the tile and how effective they were with the tools that they had we also had a sinking spot that they filled in with some self leveling that appeared to do to the trick beyond excited for our new floors are baseboards look near flawless after having them taken off and put them back on to avoid quarter round! I had a few other projects going on at the same time and it was nice that they were willing to work...read full review
