Our experience with Bach Homes has primarily been with Glenn (superintendent) and Jeannine (warranty and customer service), and they have been phenomenal. While Bach owners took a while to accept our offer, working with these two has been great ever since we’ve been under contract. Glenn made sure to review everything in the house with us and help us understand how to use, fix, and repair things. Very thorough, sincere, and kind. Since we’ve moved in, Jeannine has been very responsive and prompt about getting small things fixed, and follows up to make sure subcontractors finish the job. We have so many wonderful things to say about Bach! Not only have we loved our home and our neighborhood but in late summer we had some damage from the rainstorms. We submitted our claim to Bach and Amanda was not only quick to help us get things sorted out, but she was very kind and communicative to make sure we got taken care of! We are so thankful for their diligent and honest work. We couldn’t ask for or be more grateful for our beautiful home to live in! Thanks for everything Amanda!
