Audrey and Chad are so caring and made this as easy as possible for my entire family. They showed such compassion and me and my family have nothing but good things to say about how the service went and how much they cared that all went well. I cannot say enough good about Chad Anderson. He made a very difficult situation - losing our dear mother - into something that was so smooth and sweet and tender. I was so impressed from the moment we walked in. It was an amazing experience.

My daughter service was great. The building is beautiful. Steve and Molly were great! The only negative was that the makeup on my loved one was terrible. I know there's only so much they can do with her appearance but all she had on was foundation..no Blush, eyeshadow or coloring at all. I wanted to do her makeup myself but I knew we would close the casket. The customer service was amazing! I would recommend them highly but hire someone else to do the makeup. ?
