Wow I took the hot mat Pilates and it was amazing, the teacher did not hold back. The staff is so kind and the whole studio is so clean and professional. Such a great class if you want a deep workout.

Look, I’ve been going to this yoga studio for like five years now—which is basically a lifetime in yoga years. Most people go once, pull a hamstring, and retire with honor. Not me. I keep showing up, and it’s not just because I’m trying to touch my toes without hearing my spine beg for mercy.
This place rules. The staff? Unreasonably friendly. Like, “did they just get back from a retreat in the mountains where they found inner peace and also learned everyone’s name instantly?” kind of friendly. And they actually know what they’re doing, which is cool because I don’t.... read full review

Have nothing but good things to say about Yoga Sunne. I love the teachers and variety of classes. Clean facilities and they have classes throughout the day so I can always find one that works with my schedule. :) I love that I can go to one studio and get high quality instruction in vinyasa, yin, and 26 & 2. They also have monthly workshops and monthly sound baths. This studio has it all and I am so grateful I am a member here. 🙏🏼 Inna, Angela, Betsy, and Kevin are teachers I specifically look for when choosing classes! But every class I have been to is phenomenal.
