We love this clinic so much. All the veterinarians are amazing and take such good care of our cats. They are very transparent about pricing, and got our cat in for an appointment that day when he was sick.

I went in for my Boston terrier suffering from allergies. Home remedies did not work. The office staff was friendly. The availability was great for how urgent I wanted to help my dog. Thank you Crystal, Amelia, Britney, Dr. Tyler and the whole staff. Copper is recovering.

I did not feel that my pet was safe, they were not gentle, they were not compassionate. I felt as if they were trying to just rush through the consultation like they had places to be. My pet was super anxious because they were rushing through things and they didn’t even help him feel more at ease they just took my money for the consultation and blew me off. They charge a fortune for consultations where the vet took maybe two seconds to look at my dog and then they told me to come back and charge for another consultation. I am very upset that I wasted my time and money. Unfortunately I hope they don’t rush through everyone’s concerns like that or blow anyone else off. I went to a different clinic where my dog didn’t even feel anxious and got the treatment he needed. I recommend seeing a different clinic.

This has been the best veterinary care I've ever experienced, and I've had animals my whole life. When our cat, Cash, recently fell seriously ill, we were unsure of what was happening, but Dr. Van Wagoner and her team were truly exceptional. They treated Cash with so much love and care while also being sensitive to my emotions during this stressful time. I felt completely confident leaving him in their hands. I've had past experiences where I doubted the genuine care of other vets, even having one harm my pet, so I was understandably skeptical. However, Dr. Van Wagoner’s team was incredibly compassionate, and I’m beyond grateful for their dedication. Thanks to them, our cat, Cash, is now doing much better. I can’t say enough good things about their care.
