I have so many good things to say! Peter is fabulous and spent time answering all of my questions. He gave a very THOROUGH report of what was happening with our unit and explained some additional options that may help regulate our temperature (duct work etc..). Some of his diagnostics and reporting attached- which is so good to keep on file! He was able to squeeze us in to his calendar quickly and his customer service and knowledge was so appreciated! I will not go to anyone else for our hydronic system.
Peter is the guy you're looking for if you're installing or having problems with your boiler / hot water / snow melt system. Knowledgeable and fair. Jumped on a quick replacement to ensure hot water was working quickly again. Willing to explain the pros and cons and come up with the best solution. Make sure you at least call him before you commit to another vendor.
I can't say enough good things about Peter. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at boilers and radiant heat, he is honest and moral, and his prices are fair. If you're dealing with any issues with your boiler or need a replacement, this is the guy. No questions asked, and there isn't even a point in getting another quote. He is the best.
There is so much that goes into radiant heat systems and you need an expert. Not only was our job done exceptionally well at a reasonable price, but he went out of his way to help my wife and I when we lost heat and hot water in the middle of winter. Thank you Peter!
