Ordered a headstone for our son. When installed not the granite we ordered. Should be a simple fix. The lengths they will go to to not make it right is unbelievable. Were told it is close enough. This is all so heart breaking to have to fight to get something done right when you have lost your son. We have prepaid services there and we do love the area but we will have another mortuary take care of us when the times comes and they can paid them. I will also tell any one who will listen how awful they can be. I was asked to take down this post because it wasn't true.. I won't take it down and when I get help i will add my paper work from the mortuary on what we picked out and what my daughter in law signed. Them they can explain why this turned into such a mess when all we wanted is what we paid for.

Why after I pay for the head stone. Then I find out it is still not placed 8 months later. So I call and they inform me the granite I picked they dont use anymore. Why did I have to call this should have been an email phone call something. Now they have been sending me emails for the wrong marker. They deserve zero stars
Well, update I got my husbands headstone in and they placed on the wrong grave. I called on a Thursday evening and was told someone would call me back on Friday well that did not happen either.

Memorial did a fantastic job throughout the entire day - especially in the horrible winter weather conditions. Everyone involved was courteous, kind, and efficient. We could not have asked for more. The service was everything we were looking for. Our sincere gratitude to Memorial.

Everyone was incredibly compassionate, patient and knowledgeable and they made the experience as smooth as possible. They even put up a Christmas tree in the viewing room because they learned that our dad liked keeping his tree up until February. Fantastic!

The staff were always listening to our family and made everything run very smoothly. We even made a brief mention that our parents leave their Christmas tree up until our dad's birthday. They set up a Christmas tree in the viewing room since the services were on his birthday. A very nice and appreciated touch. Thanks to everyone at the mortuary and the cemetery for all you did for our family.

The whole team at Memorial Mortuary has been so kind. From the start they have taken care of everything which is a blessing in a time of grief. We are grateful for them and their services that made my mom’s funeral a beautiful day.
