I got a massage with the therapist Lora or Laura. The room was cold, AC blowing hard, I was freezing the whole time. I asked her to turn off the fan because it was so noisy and right by the head of the table, she refused and got combative. She wasn’t friendly, borderline rude. The massage itself was abrupt and awkward. I wasn’t relaxed and she would shake limbs and when it felt like tension wasn’t easing, she would just give up and start another place, it felt very unfinished. She’s very strong and the pressure could have been great but it felt cold and clinical, no easing into anything. I’ve left extremely put off by the whole experience.

I was in a lot of pain. The therapist was Robert and he did a great job working out some serious knots. I had in my neck. Walked out feeling amazing.

I recently had a massage with Jamie A. at Elements Massage in Cottonwood Heights, and I can't recommend her enough! She brings a rare combination of intelligence and intuition to her work, she's incredibly thorough and clearly knows her craft. What really set her apart was her approach to tender areas. Rather than just applying more pressure, she used subtle touch nearby as a distraction technique and it worked beautifully. She is absolutely worth the elite therapist fee. Book with Jamie. You won't regret it.

I can’t recommend Trish enough. As someone living with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) and trauma-related seizures, finding safe, supportive care hasn’t always been easy but working with her has been truly life-changing.
She approaches her work with so much compassion, patience, and understanding of how deeply trauma can be stored in the body. I’ve learned that FND and trauma are often closely connected, especially when it comes to how the nervous system responds and even manifests as seizures and Trish creates a space where that connection is acknowledged and gently supported. She has created an amazing safe environment.
Her ability to help release tension and “clear out” things my body has been holding onto things I didn’t even realize were there has been incredible. Each session feels like a reset, not just physically but emotionally too. I’ve seen real progress in my recovery in ways I didn’t think were possible.
If you’re dealing with trauma, chronic stress, or conditions like FND, I truly can’t recommend her enough. She’s not just a massage therapist she’s a healer in every sense of the word.

Ben did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him! He makes sure you’re comfortable and listens to you when you tell him the specific areas of concern. He also has good humor and a delightful person!

Brooke gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I usually get a massage once or twice a month Her approach was so specific and tailored to my needs. She worked muscles that I didn’t even know existed and as she was working I felt active release What stood out the most is when she worked my jaw and suboccipitals. The jaw was uncomfortable, and she coached me to breathe through it then afterwards I had the best sensation in my jaw/upper neck and felt super clear. I’ve never had that after a massage before. Also my body felt super good and relaxed.
Everything was clean and warm. The office staff was super friendly. Literally so grateful. Highly recommend
