Their prices are decent and the main staff is great, however when I went into my appointment, the eye doctor seemed confused and it took him a minute of playing around before he said “oh I know what I’m doing now.” We got there eventually with a correct prescription, but as someone who has been wearing glasses or contacts for the last 21 years and seen a number of eye doctors, it didn’t exactly instill confidence.
Every time I come in I am reminded of why I keep coming back! Emily and Damien are always so helpful and persistent with problem solving. The woman with short hair (who I believe is the manager) is also so unbelievably kind! I definitely keep coming back for the customer service, not the eye exam itself. 😊
