My sister just got home today the 20th of April 2026. Her stay was wonderful from the staff to the management. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a great place to rehab, you must stay there
I can't say enough about the incredible staff and care my father received at Thatcher Brook during his month-long stay. We visited daily and encountered dozens of employees across many departments, and every single staff member was patient, kind, and encouraging.
The medical care was excellent and gave us real peace of mind as my father recovered from a serious infection and surgery. The physical and occupational therapy teams were fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping him regain strength and confidence.
His room was always clean and comfortable, and he actually enjoyed many of the meals, which was a pleasant surprise....read full review
My Dad went to Thatcher Brook at the end of August and was there for 3 months. The attention he recieved for his care and rehab was top notch. Trying to single out anyone in particular is impossible because the whole staff was amazing. Getting to know them all on a first name basis made it difficult to say goodbye when it was time for him to move on. All we can say is, Thank you to all for making his stay there one that gave us all some piece of mind knowing he was in good hands.
