Super friendly and helpful staff. Went in for a guitar string. They put the string on and to help time the guitar with no extra charge. Super fantastic customer service. Will shop at again and will recommend to family and friends.

I brought my oboe in for a repair and I’m very pleased with how it turned out! The technician was very knowledgeable and nice, she had great recommendations and did a really thorough job. I’d definitely recommend bringing your instrument here.

Had my first experience at this store back in 2008 when they repaired my trumpet for me, they did a awesome job! Pulled that same trumpet out a few months ago for the first time in 8 or so years, needless to say it needed some TLC. Lucky for me this store was still in business! They got me the all the right tools to clean up my trumpet and make it shine again.
